I am 100% satisfied with the project quality. the entire experience is pleasant. Strongly recommend General Flooring Canada! I got response promptly when I sent flooring install request. I am impressed of all the steps and details Tudao shared with me regarding how the project will be handled. The following measurement and Estimate shows great level of sincere. The quote is reasonable with so much details. I got a clear image of the entire process. Mr Rong and his coworkers have been working hard to keep high quality job. The responsibilities Rong showed on the work is super impressive. For sure I will continue working with General Flooring Canada for upcoming projects.

highly recommend this GT Abatement Inc. David responded my request shortly after I submitted the request to remove mold. He came to my house for a inspection and explained the mold problem and way to clean it in a clean and concise way. Team started the job on plan. I am impressed by the way they took the time to do the job right. Every team member is sincere and friendly. I enjoyed the whole experience with the team. Thanks to Ismail and all his coworkers, they have done a great job!

George called in immediately after I submitted my request. He came to my house for a inspection on the same day. I am impressed by his knowledge about the task. He gave detailed plan and reasonable quote. Its amazing he can start the job the next day. Team members completed the job as planned. I am much appreciated of their quality work, the clean up after the job done, and the patience to my questions. I enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely recommend Attic Insulation experts!

The door itself seems a bit unfinished. Some fix has to be made at the scene. The side of the door looks dirty. The side top is a bit lower than other side. I am not convinced that its normal for all doors. I need to paint the casing myself after the installation is a bit surprising. This was not shared before I signed the contract. just an update, today the handle was stuck, I was blocked outside of the house. Have to re-install the lock/handle myself today temporarily. need to figure out the root cause.

Thank you, Harry, for your review. We are glad we initially left you with a favorable impression due to our unbeatable timing and pricing. Unfortunately, some issues were not communicated to you, such as primed casing, which is standard for all interior trim. Clients are responsible for their own painting or staining of the wood as we are not painters. Our apologies on the misunderstanding. As far as hardware goes (locks and handles) are always the client's responsibility, so It's unfortunate that the lock you bought/ provided for the team got you stuck. We did come out on three different occasions after the installation to rectify your issues.
