Did the work in about 5 hours show me what they were doing and clean up the dug up area perfectly

Thanks to draincom all my worries are gone. My house is about 50 years old and I had old clay tile pipe. My sewer overflowed frequently and I had to do something about it. The draincom guys came in and replaced my pipe from the house to the street without damaging my landscape at the front. They were very professional and courteous. Thank you soooo much!

The workers were keenly aware of their tasks and worked diligently to finish the work on that day (which is a good thing because it rained all day the next day). They cleaned up after the job and was finished very nicely, including the neighbors side they had to use for the earth. Tony, we appreciate your mannerism and professionalism you demonstrated in our meetings at all times with you. Your lead worker knows his stuff and knows how to the job done and it shows in the way he works and the speed he works at. They were both very pleasant in dealing with our family.

First and foremost, Carl (Underpinning, drain & waterproofing specialist) was there for us since the first day we called the office to book a free of charge on site estimation, consultation and camera inspection with regards to the drain /trap issue.

He has exhibited high knowledge of
drain/underpinning/waterproofing techniques, products and used his insights, recommendations to proactively respond and meet our long term needs. He has been working tiresslesly to constantly answer every question, concern we had regarding the exact location of the outside trap (including all details, features, parts and installation procedures).

It is also important to point out that, he visited with us and inspected the whole work, making sure that everything was proceeding as per the original proposal.

On the other hand, the two Drain specialist/installer(s)Gena and Tadek did an amazing job finishing the whole project within two business days! Since the commencement of the project till its completion, they have exhibited high level of professionalism, working in a very timely and efficient manner. Their first priority was the neatness and cleanness of the work area together with the disposal of the debris. It is amazing the fact that, after leaving the site everything was so neat and clean!

They are very professional and precise. During the completion of the project they were explaining to us every question /concern we had and tried to educate ourselves about drains issues. We were also very impressed by the fact that they were always on time and very respectful to the house (very careful for the walls, floors and surroundings).

Also, special Thanks to Lisa (Drain com Head Office) for the great job regarding the paper work including: booking of the appointment(s) with the sales manager/specialist, Technicians for measurement and re-measurent pre-installation procedures, exact location of the outside trap and QX location services (Hydro&Gas Pipe lines).

Draincom was the lowest quote ($1,600 vs $1,800 and $2,000 from two other firms highly rated by HomeStars). A colleague had used Draincom and was very happy.
The came on time and finished on time. Despite having to dig a very deep hole and remove a lot of clay, they put everything back perfectly and even avoided damaging my garden. No mess at all.

Our basement flooded after a heavy rainfall. We were quite surprised as we had just moved in 7 months ago into our newly built home. My husband and I immediately came on Home Stars as we usually do to obtain reviews on companies that we can contact. We came across Draincom's exceptional reviews and decided to contact them. Feeling a little overwhelmed with what was going on as well as awaiting the birth of our baby any minute, Tony Mears appeared at our door step within a day of contacting him. He put us at ease and began to ask questions in order to get a better idea of what had taken place. It was evident that Tony was an expert in this field and he began to visually help us understand what the problems may be. After speaking with him we felt comfortable with the procedures that we needed to take on to fix our flooded basement and hire him and his crew.
He guided us through step by step with the work that he would do. He even went the extra mile by contacting our builder and the inspector that overseed the building of our home. When we had questions, he always got back to us within a few minutes. His workers were done the job in a short amount of time. They alerted us to problems as they discovered more by digging into the foundation. They took pictures for us as well as knocked at our door to have us see the different stages of the project. Overall, this unfortunate experience has been a learning experience as Tony was truly an exceptional professional person that actually cared about his clients and wants to leave the completed job with the feeling that he made his clients happy in the end and this is exactly what happened. WOW is the best word to describe this company. From start to finish they took care of everything! From arranging an engineer to getting the permits to making sure everything was going as scheduled. They kept me informed and stayed within my budget. I will recommend this company to everyone with a problem. My basement looks awesome!

This company is the best one out there! It was around 6am when I called the company because there was sewage all over my basement floor, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and told me that she would have someone there right away. Slava was at my house within the hour to figure out the problem for me. He was able to get my drains running and provided a free camera inspection to check the problem. He determined that my line was broken and full of tree roots. He gave me a quote on the spot and didn't charge me for servicing me. I went ahead and got the work he recommended done... the diggers who came were very clean, quick and always had a smile on their face.
This isn't something any homeowner wants to deal with... but I am so glad that I called Draincom!

I had gotten three quotes to waterproof my basement walls because it was causing a leak when the snow melted and was causing a panic in my house. I was very happy to have such a fantastic company come to my home. Carl was so polite and very informative. He explained everything that needed to be done to have the walls fixed up. I have been screwed over too many times by people that come into the house and give a great show only to be followed by questionable workmanship. Drain Com did 100% of what they said and did not leave until I was 100% satisfied. My concerns were all addressed by both the seller and the workers. Tony was not the kind of seller that you see once and then never again, he stuck around until the job was done right.
