My spouse contacted draincom as we are seeking to rent out our home-and they came immediately to address our needs.
I must say from start to finish they did a very classy job. They first did the rough in for the toilet and stand up shower. Then installed my shower cabibet,toilet and his and her sinks-with all taps etc. They did ano excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would and will definetly recommend Draincom to friends and family and we will be utilizing their services for our other properties.

I purchased a commercial building with real wetness issues around the foundation . Over the last 3 years I have been addressing the issues as they have presented themselves. I have hired Draincom three times for different projects, and they have always been reliable, clean and responsive to any concerns I have had.

I needed to replace my old lead water line from the house to the street to upgrade my service. I called for quotes from several companies and draincom came in with the best price and knowledge. Slava from Draincom knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to changing the water line. He was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The crew came and completed the job in a one day and everything was cleaned up and back to looking normal in no time. I am very pleased with this company.

This company is one of kind. They take care of their customers from start to finish. Mike came out at the time I requested and gave me a very reasonable quote for the project I needed to have done. The diggers came first thing every morning to complete the job, they cleaned up all the mess and left everything looking great. And best of all there is absolutely no leaks in my basement and we’ve had plenty of rain to test it. Very satisfied customer indeed.

We were initially impressed. The person who came to do our initial assessment/estimate was professional and well spoken. However Draincom does not tell you they subcontract out their work. The people who actually came to do the work spoke literally no English so we could not communicate with them. Not three years later we have a leaky basement again. Draincom sent back the same crew - same communication issue. They argued with us that the problem is not from their work and Draincom has not answered our follow up email. I would NOT recommend using this company.

Best company to deal with. All my family is happy to have this water problem taken care of. I want to thank you and your staff for such a good job. I have other properties and will call you for future work.

This company is excellent. We had a big problem with our basement flooding constantly.. sump pump wasn’t kicking on, water was coming in from the walls etc. The house was built in 1930’s and still had old clay piping. Draincom is a very professional company. Slava came in and explained the problem thoroughly to us, in great detail, all other companies didn’t seem to have a clue. Great work guys!

My sump pump stopped working... my basement flooded so I called a few companies to get quotations on fixing the problem. When the plumber from draincom came to my house, he was polite and courteous, looked at the pump and was able to fix the float on the pump.
Other companies were telling me to replace it, but with a tight budget draincom was able to fix my problem quickly and at a really good price.
