They schedule me for about 2 weeks after the quote in July while other companies were saying not until September could they do the work .Andrew and Terry came on time and started the repair that was finished in about 4 hours and return the area tidy and looking good. Based on that we contacted Anna an she made the experience of purchasing our 2 patio doors a very pleasant one. Dates of when they would be made and installed was met if not exceeded. The installer was very professional and when he found a small flaw (barely noticeable)in one of the glass pane he brought it to our attention and assured us that it would be taken care of. Within a week we had a representative from the manufacturer TH uses come up to look at the issue and within a week after that we had a brand new door installed.
