What a great experience and office follow ups to replace my sump pump. My repairs were completed by Alija and he was professional from start to finish. Also, Rupinder, the office staff, kept me updated throughout the day while awaiting Alija's arrival and followed up with me within 30 minutes of the completion of the job. The price was fair and the explanation of the job was understandable. The back up sump pump job will be done on another day and looking forward to that.
Also, the time frame from the initial call into Water Works and the arrival time was less than 24 hours which was very much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend Water Works to others for all plumbing needs.
