I was renting a condo unit and the tenant complained that the water was not draining. I was worried that this could lead to a bigger problem.
I called several places and settled with WaterWorks because of the number of reviews and their awards (altho from a recent experience, awards do not matter as much as feedback from others).
Waterworks were prompt in scheduling, their repair person knew what he had to do... asking which category of work I needed as I could choose plastic or metal. As it's a rental property, any savings is good savings.
They followed-up afterwards even.
So, all in all, despite needing their help, it was a quick and good experience.
I'd recommend them to anyone.
