The pipe in my basement that feeds water to the garage seemed to be leaking, so I called WaterWorks and Larry came by to check it out. He was quite thorough, and when he found there was no problem, he explained patiently to me that the water was just condensation (even though there was a lot of it!)
I'm glad there was no real problem this time, but I would definitely call Larry again in the future if I need something fixed. He was very professional and very patient.
