After realizing first thing in the am that my shower was broken i was in a real bind. I called water works and they were very curtious and scheduled a time that worked around my schedule to come and take a look. the operator informed me of all charges and the plumber hpned about 30min prior to arrival which gave me ample time to be home. He identified the problem and told me the cost before he did the job. it was fixed very quickly and he didnt make a mess at all
overall it was a great experience with a plumber i will certaily use again
