Michael showed up on short notice to fix the cartridge replacement that we had tried to fix ourselves.. Within minutes, Michael had a diagnosis of the problem, the right parts in his truck and the joint properly sealed, as well as tightened up various other loose fittings around the bathroom, just in passing!
