The Call & Admin- Randa is AMAZING. She prides herself on the company and customer service and made sure every aspect of the serivce was completed perfectly and to the customers utmost satisfaction with follow-up calls.
The Work- completed next day (wasnt urgent) and no more leaking! Looks great and even better the work is guaranteed. I went with the service agreement as it basically paid itself and we have other upcoming work to do. I felt comfortable with the service plumber and am confident in the work he completed.
Overall, I would recommend them and will use them again in the future!
