We had a shower head that had never been good and finally gave out the evening before we were going away for a week. Late in the evening, I was able to get in touch with Michael, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The interaction the following morning with Natasha was very officious and pleasant. We were able to get Michael out to our house to do all the work, and we were still able to leave on our trip as planned. It always feels imbalanced talking to experts when you have no knowledge of the subject matter. Michael was patient and instilled trust very quickly.
