Solid service but expensive

Drain Services review in Toronto

I had used Waterworks a few times and their service was prompt and efficient. However, the last 2 quotes I received seemed overly high. In particular, they were quoting $1400 for a new shower system so I ended up getting multiple quotes and found another plumber who would do it for half the price. That being said, plumbing work is expensive and reliable service is hard to find. As a result, despite the prices, you can be assured that Waterworks service is responsive and reliable.

Prices started skyrocketing

Drain Services review in Toronto

I had used Waterworks a few times and their service was prompt and efficient. For some reason, the last 2 jobs, their quotes were extremely high. One job to fix a blocked sink was over $500 and although I paid, I had to call another plumber in 6 months to unblock it again and he charged me $180. Another quote was to change a shower/tub system. Homestars quoted me $1500 which seemed astronomical so I sourced another plumber who switched out TWO shower systems (including removing the inside of a closet to do so) for $1400. I don't know what happened but the prices were suddenly way off. When I called to complain and suggest they need to look at the their prices, Waterworks responded that they check prices against the market regularly....seems not the market that I am in....
