Installing a back-up sump pump system and battery kit and fixing a faucet
I have had close to 10 plumbers do work on my home over the the last 10 years and, so far, WaterWorks has been the best of the bunch.
I live in an area of Toronto where basements often get flooded so I chose to add a back-up sump pump to my basement unit. I also had a faucet in my kitchen which had broken.
Michael responded to my call within the same day and easily accommodated my schedule. His manner was courteous and professional. He explained in clear terms what he would do and his rates. He completed the job within a couple of hours and cleaned up thoroughly. Everything is working perfectly and I have the peace of mind of knowing my basement is protected from flooding.
