You helped make one of the most stressful events in a persons life a positive experience. Additionally, your quote was accurate and there were no hidden "surprises".
Not only did you take care of our belongings, you also took the time to repair previously broken and damaged furniture.
From the moment the team showed up to the time you left, everything went better than we could have hoped. Thank you for taking the time to listen to our requests and show patience on such a crazy day.
