I contacted Vahn for a owner's extended home inspection as I was preparing for a major renovation. He had an availability the next day and he confirmed the appointment promptly.

Vahn was punctual and arrived earlier than the scheduled time and began the inspection immediately. The inspection was thorough and went on for a bit longer than 3 hours since Vahn arrived early and still ended at the agreed upon time. He explained everything in detail, was always opened to questions, and provided suggestions where appropriate.

We didn't know what to expect and to be quite frank, we thought it would be a quick inspection with a brief rundown on what to fix however we were surprised when we found out that the inspection would take 2.5 hours!
