Pierce arrived on time and gave me a thorough assessment of what my properties needed. His cleaning and repair crew took care of one problem, and his installation crew took care of the other problem. All of the work was great, and Pierce and the office people were a pleasure to deal with. They are not satisfied until their customers are satisfied. I was not satisfied with one aspect of one of their worker's behavior, and I was astounded at how seriously they took this and the extent to which they went to make it right for me.
