Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I live in Forest Hill and we have several downpipes that go into the ground beside our house. One day we had a huge leak in our basement and needed an immediate solution. We had several waterproofing companies quote on the job and all were in the several thousand dollar range. My neighbor suggested we call the eavestrough company they used to install the eavestrough on their newly renovated home. I called and spoke to Pierce at Tip Top Trough and I scheduled a meeting with him the next day. He offered me another solution and explained why it would work. Being an honest contractor he also told me that there is a possibility that it would not work and waterproofing would be the next logical step. I took his advice and his solution worked like a charm. Not only did they save my basement, they also saved me an arm and a leg. Thank you.
