Almost everything went wrong:
- Booked me into the wrong day - only found out because I called later to confirm - so I didn't get the time I originally booked.
- Movers arrived over 4 hours late, at 10:50 pm (the time I had booked with the condo elevator was long gone.)
- A curtain rod disappeared in the move. I tried to get in touch with them about it but didn't get a response.
Very sloppy service and unapologetic about it.
Only good thing I can say is, aside from losing my curtain rod, the movers seemed to do a good job.
