Leaking Toilet

I contacted Justin to repair my leaking toilet and have a look around my plumbing for anything dangerous. Since I was renovating my bathroom anyways, Justin suggested I wait to fix the leak until the new toilet was put in.

His honesty was much appreciated and he was very great to work with! Thanks Justin

Company Response

Weird, I responded to this review back in December, but for some reason it never posted. Thank you for taking the time to give a review.

It is our policy to give our customers the best options available and let you make the decision from there. The toilet in this case was leaking from the base when flushed, indicating that the wax seal needed to be replaced. Nobody was currently living in the residence and you planned to do a renovation before anyone moved in. In this particular case we could have changed the wax seal and stopped the leak, or saved your money for the reno, at which point in time the toilet would have been replaced and a new wax ring installed. I did not feel that it was worth spending the money on it, when it would just be replaced shortly after anyways.

I am glad you were happy with our service and hope all is going well.

Justin
