We hired Creative Gardens a few months back to to fix up our home's front steps. Due to weather the concrete steps had become unsafe and cracked. We got a few quotes from contractors. We decided to go to Creative Gardens since seemed the most knowledgeable and suggested best suitable ideas within our budget that would create a curb appeal. We never had any hassle's dealing with them. Their prices were on the higher end but reasonable for the job done. The work was completed on time as outlined in the contract.We would surely hire them again.

From the very beginning my husband found Dave and his team to be very professional and courteous. Hiring a new contractor usually scares us (since my last contractor swindled me of 1500$ and never ever showed up). Dave and his team put all my fears to rest very early on. The did a very great presentation with over 5 initial visits even before we paid a deposit simply to show us options and ideas for new decks until we loved a specific style. Once we had chosen the style and wood they began work within a few days. We hired them to build a secure backyard deck for our young kids to play on, something that was durable and practical. His team was always on time and worked very hard throughout the day in the heat wave of the summer. Talking to some of the workers my husband found them to be very friendly and all seem to take pride in what they did. Our Deck came out absolutely perfect (better than what I had hoped for or expected). We will never hesitate to use their service again. Seeing this quality of work I have booked them to take down my old shed and build a new one this summer. A big thank you to Creative Gardens team.

It's our pleasure to say that service provided by Jonathan is beyond excellence! My vision was to create an ensuite washroom in my basement bedroom for which the style and design has to match seamlessly with the rest of my house. Jonathan has spent tremendous effort in ensuring that aspects of the job are done perfectly. One of the many examples is that he has brought in different wood and floor samples to identify the most compatible option to merge with the overall design of the house. Moreover, he has done lots of research to eventually find us the hardware that cannot be offered in the local market. Although Royal Impressions pricing is not the cheapest, we believe they have proved to be the be some of the best contractors in the market. As far as our opinion goes, Jonathan is very professional and open minded. We like he is very easy to talk to with a friendly attitude. He understands all the areas in his business; he can always turn an idea into reality because he always challenges himself to find the best solution. In addition, he is a perfectionist to achieve the best quality. We won't hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends and family members. Our experience with Jonathan and his crew was excellent. Jon was recommended by a colleague at work who'd had a very positive experience and I'm happy to say that we've had the same. To start with; the estimate was clear and detailed, the work started and was completed on time - and on the exact quoted budget! Royal impressions team is clearly committed to a standard of workmanship that is often thought to be lacking in contractors today. We learned they would not accept the smallest imperfection in drywall, trim or painting. I noticed this when I asked some of the guys why they redid certain things, some of the things that were pointed out me were somewhat shocking since they were things that I would of never noticed or cared about. It showed me that the team is a perfectionist.
They did an excellent job on our basement reno. One bedroom basement, bathroom and a hallway had been completed rite on time as agreed. The team worked long hours every day, sometimes on weekends and holidays, finished everything on time and with high quality. Every little detail was looked after. We also asked them to do tile back splash in our kitchen, the were nice enough to give us a super low price for it & excellent work! Reasonable cost, clear estimates, no hidden costs, pleasure to work with, highly recommended! In future for home renovations, they will be the only quote we will be looking for.

I hired Roy last summer before putting up my Brampton house for sale. Initially, I was unsure how to proceed with the entire project but knowing an uplift to the house would be a definite increase in value. I decided to consult a few contractors. Roy did a great job advising what was best suitable for my budget, and moreover what could create the best possible look for increasing the home resale value. I was impressed by the great job they did on my 20 year old looking home.
Soon after discussing possibilities and a detailed estimate, Roy brought in a crew that got started – exactly when they said they would. The challenge included tearing down a couple of walls, putting up a number of walls, upgrading electrical, painting, fixing floors & more. Each and every day, I was pleased with the evident progress. I was also impressed with the tidiness each and every work day. Along the way, Roy made a point of discussing progress, concerns, solutions, and budget impacts. In the end, my numerous changes and upgrades were not cause for surprise. Surprise came in the form of a beautifully finished, warm, cozy, comfortable place – something I wish I had done while living in the house myself.
I will use Royal Impressions again and will strongly recommend to friends and or family.

Dave demonstrated professionalism and great customer service skills for the whole duration of outdoor job. It was a quick job done within 1 week. He spent a great deal of time with us during the preliminary stages of the beginning of the project while setting up the design and layout. He was great at giving us suggestions and recommendations that would enhance the look of exterior. His team of workers were always courteous and completed the work as asked. Certain special stones we had requested were delayed by the supplier but the team informed us every step of the way. Overall, we are very happy with the results of our exterior renovation and stone work done by Creative gardens team.

If your looking for a an outdoor landscaping specialist or interlocking team for a patio, I would say hands down Creative Gardens team with Dave has been my best experience in the past years for hiring any contractor. The energy and ideas the team brings to the table is quite unbeatable. They are perfectionists who go for the best and absolutely high quality work. The whole project with them had a great out come. I am very very happy with their work quality, ethics, and management skills.

I hired Royal impressions in September of 2014, I cannot express how pleased I am with selecting Royal impressions as the company to renovate my hallway bathroom. Jonathan is a knowledgeable contractor whose stellar customer service, attention to detail and expert advice delivered an end product that is beyond my expectation.
The renovation initially started off as a small DIY Project which my husband was going to do, which was not progressing, so I researched for a contractor. Jonathan came highly recommended. I noticed through their professional advice and portfolio that they were pro’s at renovation for bathrooms. Jonathan returned my phone call in less than 24 hours. He came to assess the work, listened attentively to what I wanted to achieve and then made some creative and cost-effective recommendations, which I chose. He provided a detailed service agreement and his quote was not the cheapest, but reasonable and accurate. He dedicated his time daily at the job site to ensure work was perfect. They were punctual; every day and kept me well informed on how they were progressing. They were neat and tidy and they finished within an impressive timeframe. I do not have a single negative thing to comment on; I highly recommend their services.

Roy, and his team from Royal Impressions did an outstanding job with my stairs & hardwood flooring. After receiving several quotes and opinions I decided to hire Royal impressions for their knowledge, and presentation. Roy had a very pleasing attitude to help and assist with all decisions and information I needed before starting a hardwood project. After our initial call, Roy spent over an hour on the phone simply explaining the different options I had to choose from. They brought many samples of trims to my home until we finally chose one to my liking. They are very good at listening and providing the best options based on specific needs. He explained what needed to be done thoroughly and taught me a great deal. He also showed many photographs of his works in progress and completed projects. He delivered exactly what we agreed to, on budget and on time.

Hello to all, I am posting this review for Roy & the Royal Impressions team. They completed a job for me back in October for a hardwood floor installation. To mention some of the points i really liked about the company: I dealt with the same project manager (Roy) from start to finish. As a busy working man I was unable to baby sit or attend to the job all day so it was very helpful Roy kept me in the loop throughout the job process and installation. He was able to be reached at during all hours and was available to address any questions or concerns i had when i inspected. He provided me with daily reports and if any problems arose with flooring. He always provided solutions. Not to mention, They helped me get a better price with the flooring materials which was cheaper then the price i was about to pay. They do great work, they are very business oriented and some of the only people i have came across who have a general interest in truly helping others.
