Exceptional service. I'd give them 12 stars out of 10 if I could
Based on reviews found on HomeStars, we reached out to Markham Garage Doors for a quote on a full replacement on both the garage door and opener. The quote was fast (same-day), was priced reasonably, and compared well against other quotes.
We worked with Kevin, who I cannot say nicer things about. He was quick to respond to questions, clearly very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make the ordering process easy. His estimate for a delivery date (which of course is dependent on the door manufacturer) ended up being perfectly accurate. Once the door arrived from the manufacturer, Theresa helped us book the first-available timeslot. A few days later, an earlier service date became available, so Theresa offered that to us if we wanted it. (We absolutely did!)
On the day of the install, the installers showed up perfectly on time and did a fantastic job of installing. They were courteous, and happy to answer all of our questions. We couldn't really have asked for much more!
Note: in addition to the door, we got the aluminum capping done around it. Based on the result, we highly recommend it - it really makes the door visually pop so much more!
All in all, this really was a 12 out of 10. Markham Garage Doors are clearly pros that know what they're doing. Another bonus was that working with Kevin and Theresa was consistently great from start to finish. We recommend them 100%.
