House & Apartment Cleaning review in

Do NOT use this service. I was told the initial cleaning would be 4 hours and they left after 2 1/2. Did a terrible job. Cleaning my sink with the same rag they used to clean my toilet !!!! Complained but they were to busy to deal with me.

I am very sorry to hear you feel this way, your cleaning was estimated at 4 man hours (a crew of 2 ladies for 2 hours) the ladies had stayed have an hour longer and you were only charged for 4 man hours. You were watching them every moment they were there and you had provided them with your own cleaning clothes because you did not want them to use their own.
