I have been a customer of New Century Maids since December 2009. I initially asked them to clean my house in Mississauga as I had broken my leg and needed someone to do a deep clean. As the service was so good I asked them to keep coming. At present NCM cleans my home on a monthly basis. I get an all over clean, including my oven, fridge and beds get changed. The service I have received has been great. The girls are very pleasant and efficient. They arrive and leave when they say they will, which with 4 young child is great, as I can organise myself around them. If I ever need to phone the office and I leave a message, one of the ladies in the office always phones back promptly and deals with any query I have efficiently.
