Pavel's team provided us with a fabulous renovation that began with gutting our entire basement and ripping off the old exterior of the house. Pavel calmly guided us through this maze of construction from start to finish. His client site made it possible for us to communicate with ease. Pavel was cognizant of our budget throughout, was never pushy or intimidating. This is one awesome contractor! Pavel is a thorough and honest contractor who knows construction inside and out, who honours time frames and budgets. And if this isn't enough Pavel, and all of his team of workers, are thoughtful and personable. We are now enjoying a beautiful new basement and a front facade that turns heads. We cannot sing the praises of Novacon loudly enough!
