I experienced small volume of water coming from the tap of my washroom and thought it was something requires extensive work to be done. Valetin received my request, came promptly and did a very fair assessment. He told me that most likely I just needed to change my worn out tap, and it will be fine. He went to work immediately and got the tap changed in less than 1 hour. The efficiency was just amazing, and the experience of hiring someone knowledgeable, dependable and honest was a great feeling. He also did an assessment of a slightly dripping bathroom shower tap, and his advise was to do nothing for now, because the cost of doing anything outweighs the benefit.
