He came in to look at the issues and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to get to replace the existing fixtures, and a well thought through estimate for the work. On the day we scheduled the work, he came at the time expected, did all the work extremely professionally, and left me with peace of mind, and some new knowledge as well.
