We had a leaky shower faucet which I tried and failed to replace myself. I contacted a few companies on Homestars. I decided to go with Strong Plumbing Inc. based on the reviews and a reasonable price quote.
Valentin explained the details via email and offered an option to reduce the price of the job by getting the cartridge from Homedepot instead of getting it from him. I was a bit busy so I didn't take up this option.
On the day of the job, Valentin arrived on time, put on the mask/shoe covers, replaced the cartridge within a short period, and cleaned up the area nicely afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Valentin/Strong Plumbing Inc. for plumbing services.
