These guys are quick on scheduling an appointment. Pretty clean on the job site and they try to not make a mess as much as possible and if they do, they will not leave until all the debris have been cleared.

I have been a client of Strong Plumbing for a couple of years now and I am always super satisfied with the quality and efficiency of his work. He's fast, thorough and always explains what the problem is thoroughly and gives me options for repairing it. He's kind, trustworthy and very clean. I have recommended this comppany to several other people and everyone has been very impressed with their work.

I can't say enough good things about Valentin - prompt, friendly, worked very hard, did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him, total 10 out of 10.

We're completely renovating our kitchen and we needed a plumber to come in and move our pipes. Valentin worked around our hectic schedules, he came to see our place and was extremely accommodating and informative. He did such a great job that we're looking forward to having him come back when we're doing our bathrooms!

We purchased a dishwasher for our home that did not previously have one installed, so we needed the plumbing to be installed for it. We chose Strong Plumbing to do the job after having a few plumbers come out to do estimates. Valentin was very professional and by far the most personable of them all, and was able to to the job very quickly (he came out for an estimate the same day I contacted him, and did the job two days later!). He was also the most reasonably priced. He worked very efficiently and left the place spotless when he was finished.

I also asked him to look at our sewage stack that has a very small leak. I told him that I am willing to pay to have a proper repair job done. He identified the problem and told me that because of the nature of the leak, if he were me he would leave the major repair for a couple of years, and he showed me how to fix the problem myself in the meantime. He could have made a large amount of money from me but instead found a way to save me money - you don't come across that kind of honesty very often in tradesmen.

I will DEFINITELY be using Valentin for all of my future plumbing work.

I have a house I am currently renting out to a family. As a landlord I am concerned regarding the state of the house with winter approaching it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. One of the drains was leaking and I had found a company by the name of "Strung Plumbing" which were capable of arriving within two hours to fix the drain. I differently recommend the suport of Valentin.

Due to an ongoing problem with our shower, we needed to have a new fixture installed on short notice. I called a number of companies (both large and small), but Valentin was the only person I talked to who seemed interested in diagnosing the problem, rather than rushing me into scheduling a visit (and an automatic fee for an "on-site estimate"). He patiently explained the possible causes of our problem, and told us which ones he'd be able to fix and how much they'd be likely to cost. He didn't have any assurance that I'd go with him, but still he was willing to educate me about our house's plumbing. He also let me know that he could supply me with a shower fixture, but he urged me to take my time selecting one -- after all, he said, I'd have to live with it for years to come, and I should have one that I liked. The fact that he wasn't just trying to make a quick sale in this regard also impressed me. When Mike, one of his plumbers, arrived, he set to work right away; he was both confident and efficient, and always explained the steps he was taking and the potential complications to us at every stage. Moreover, the job came in right on estimate, which was also a very fair price for the work done. We hope not to have any more plumbing problems, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to call Valentin at Strong Plumbing again.

I sent an email to Valentin on a Sunday morning and heard back from him within an hour. We discussed the issue, made an appointment and he resolved the problem. His professional attitude was refreshing. Our toilet works better than it EVER has and the area where he worked was absolutely immaculate. He is our new plumber! I would highly recommend his services.

Arrived at the house promptly. Made sure we understood exactly what he was doing and why. Have confidence in the quality of his work. Would definitely use his services again.
