Clear explanation of the job to be done, and how the treatment would work to kill the queen ant and thus eliminate the colony. 4). Quote price. Pesticon's technician, Mudassar, arrive within minutes of the appointed time and was very clear about what he needed me to do and the result I should expect. He was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. The ants disappeared within a few days and have not reappeared since - even though Mudassar had told me that complete elimination might take as much as 3 or 4 weeks given the way the insecticides worked.

Arrived at the house promptly. Made sure we understood exactly what he was doing and why. Have confidence in the quality of his work. Would definitely use his services again.
