Fantastic, quality service from Richard and his team! Initially had Richard service our AC in 2021 and he was very responsive and came the same day. He will give you his honest, professional opinion and at the time said that due to age, wed probably need to replace the AC in about 2 years. He was absolutely right and when it crapped out this week, we didnt hesitate to contact Coretemp to install a new unit. Richard and his team got the work done in under 2hrs and he will take the time to go over how best to maintain the equipment.
