Richard/Janice and Team are amazing. I upgraded my AC/Furnace/Tankless 3 years ago, and Richard and crew came to do annual maintenance for the system. Replaced all filters, UV light and hosed down the AC and checked levels. They were done very quickly and were very courteous and friendly.
On a side note, I had a problem with the furnace/tankless condensation pipes getting blocked. Richard and team came and attempted to fix the problem twice. On the 3rd attempt this past winter, they replaced all the piping and ran it to the drain, bypassing the pipe out of the floor. This allowed us to discover that the lint from the dryer was the culprit. Also, that the redirect would permanently fix our issue. These 3 attempts were covered as part of our yearly maintenance and warranty. So no additional cost.
