13 year old furnace needed a new exhaust fan. Everyone priced a repair so high that replacing the furnace looked like the only choice.
I called Richard at 5pm and he said he could come the next morning. He arrived at 9am with the part which he fitted in 45 minutes.
My old furnace has been keeping us warm ever since. Thanks Richard, I know who to call when it does come time to replace it.
