...nor do we notice any real difference in wait times for hot water. What we did notice was the difference in our hydro bill after the old dinosaur electric tank was removed and our new Rinnai gas water heater installed. We also noticed the space in our basement. Richard was amazing at figuring out the placement of our on demand heater (no mean feat in a house built in 1919!). When originally contacted, Richard explained everything very well and came to do a site inspection before the work was commenced. Work was carried out quickly, professionally and there was no mess left at all for me to clean up. Water heater was installed on my birthday in 2009 and is the best present I've ever had!
