Job was done well enough, re-scheduled due to weather conditions. So this goes to say, if you have an emergency repair find someone else.
I finally got my warranty after several communications with the company.
Check your warranty, never rely on what their representative tells you.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Never authorize the work unless you have the written guarantee first. If the representative is willing to give it then yes, you can get their service. I think there are better contractors out there at a cheaper price.
