Our chimney had a few crumbling bricks, no damage happened yet, but was imminent. Red Robin came by while we were at work and assessed the area, and emailed us a quote. We got quotes from a few different places. They were not the cheapest of the three, rather right in the middle! We went with them mostly because of attitude, they were friendly, helpful, and honest. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had.
They came for the visit and Greg did a fantastic job! Very pleased with his work, his attitude, and attention to detail was perfect. He was very honest, when we had some concerns about some other bricks crumbling he assessed the area, there were only 3 bricks that were a problem and he fixed them...I can't even tell which bricks they were now! He totally could have told me that the whole wall needed to be done, but he was honest and just told us what actually was required. This is a company that is honest, hard working, with great customet service. Highly recommend!
