Beaver Paving has contacted my husband and I and is working on fixing the issues we were having. We will further update the review upon completion of any work being done.

Our chimney had a few crumbling bricks, no damage happened yet, but was imminent. Red Robin came by while we were at work and assessed the area, and emailed us a quote. We got quotes from a few different places. They were not the cheapest of the three, rather right in the middle! We went with them mostly because of attitude, they were friendly, helpful, and honest. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had. They came for the visit and Greg did a fantastic job! Very pleased with his work, his attitude, and attention to detail was perfect. He was very honest, when we had some concerns about some other bricks crumbling he assessed the area, there were only 3 bricks that were a problem and he fixed them...I can't even tell which bricks they were now! He totally could have told me that the whole wall needed to be done, but he was honest and just told us what actually was required. This is a company that is honest, hard working, with great customet service. Highly recommend! Really recommend this compant

We upgraded our plan with reliance to include yearly maintenance, and it was effective immediately. They were able to come at a time convenient for me, and they called and actually showed up when they said they would!! The technician was great, I'm sorry, I forget his name. He worked efficiently and let me know what he was doing. He also gave advice on which furnace filters to use, and how often to change them. Would definitely recommend this service for anyone who has a furnace and air conditioner!

This is a great service! Due to them not knowing what they're getting into when they get to a home they were running late for my appointment with them, but they kept calling to update me, and even offered to reschedule. When they got there, I did exactly what the commercials say, point and they took it away! They were very professional, they we're very cheerful, despite the workload being very heavy, and my mothers house was run down, and very dirty. It took them two loads and all afternoon, but I was very happy when it was all finished, and such a burden was lifted. I will always call this company!

I called this company and they were able to come out next day which was great! They were able to do the work while I was at work so I didn't need to take time off. I came home to sparkling windows and I from what I can see clean gutters as well! Will definitely be using this service in the future!

This company is great! They were able to make the appointment to fit with my schedule. They came in and did a full clean of the fireplace and chimney. They also went on the roof and cleaned up there, they were able to replace what needed replacing on the spot. They weren't out to get my money and advised that I wouldn't need another clean for about 200 fires, which was really great to me. Knowing nothing about fireplaces they could have told me they needed to come every year and I would have done it! Very friendly people! Great service!

We've had to use Mr Rooter a few times and each and every time was a great experience! They have always shown up within their window. We are always able to get evening and weekend appointments. They are great because the technicians tell you ways to maintain your plumbing. We had a really bad clogged toilet and couldn't figure out the auger and he taught us how to use it properly, as well recommended when we do get a new toilet, what kind to get. Will always recommend you guys and will always call for help!
