SO-CLEAN

I am using So-Clean to clean carpets and air ducts at my home for the very first time after reading glowing reviews on HomeStars. Now that I have seen their work firsthand, I can say without hesitation that it wont be the last.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I run out of superlatives to describe their customer focus. They always kept me in the loop in a timely manner either by email or by phone. Everything from price quotes, scheduling, work crew ETA and invoicing was done expeditiously. The two work crews they sent were polite, respectful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile.

AIR DUCT CLEANING: Jahmiah and Yousef did a wonderful job. My air ducts have never looked cleaner after Jahmiah showed me the before and after photos.

CARPET CLEANING: From the get-go Daniel and Viviana put down drop sheets in all their foot traffic areas to protect the floor. They also wore shoe covers while they were in the house. Daniel also explained how he would tackle some of the stubborn stains he spotted. They were very thorough in their approach, and I am very satisfied with the result.
