Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

Mr. Rooter cleared about 25 years of grease from my pipes. They were able to respond the same day and the job took about 4-5 hours with the hot water jetter (the clog was well past the possibility of just augering). They were very professional and would recommend them to get the job done.

A water line split in my basement. Turned out to be a bigger job.
But the parts were gotten & everything was fixed.
Scott was friendly & very helpful. He also gave me suggestions for other options in the future.

Hot water heater failed during the night, remembered hearing that Mr Rooter had good service, called first thing in the morning, had a charming young lady walk me through what could be done and when and what to expect. Our repairman Scott arrived promptly, introduced himself and after I explained what was wrong he quickly diagnosed our problem and set about fixing it, he as polite, efficient and thorough, explaining what need to be done and how much it was going to cost plus he gave me a cost estimate to replace the hot water heater in the near future considering it's 10 years old, I would hire your company again
for the heater or for that matter almost any plumbing need I have, and especially ask for Scott to do the service if I could. Thank you for your fantastic service and help.

Was expensive for the short time he was here.... there ahould be a discounted rate for jobs that dont take long.
