My husband David has a standing 6 mth. appointment to check our basement drains, as we have had 4 major backups in the past.
Mike is THE GUY! Always keeps in touch re: if he is running late, always so personable. We are feeling confident that with these checks, we will not suffer the backups again! We are part of a townhouse complex, and the past problems have been beyond our control.
