Vlad came to the rescue when my son used the toilet drain as a parking lot for his toy car; he came out and attempted to fix it without having us purchase a new toilet.
While the car eventually dominated the toilet and stopped the water from draining, the entire process of replacement (picking out, scheduling the appointment and replacing the toilet) was painless, cost effective and took less than an hour. And he even followed up to see how we felt about the new throne.
