I had Canadian Rooter fix my water service upgrade this last summer and when I had a plumbing issue in my basement bathroom Nas & his team were my first phone call. Exceptional work & better service. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you!!

We paid to replace our ancient lead water service line with a 1" copper line. Naz was great: He communicated very well and promptly, he broke down everything that needed to be done, and agreed to a very reasonable price for the work. His team showed up promptly at 9am, and they were done and cleaned up by 1pm. Everyone wore masks, they used a dropcloth to minimize dirt, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Also Naz took the time to consult on an unrelated project and talk to our neighbour. Will definitely be working with Canadian Rooter again, thank you!

I called Canadian Rooter after receiving a Quote from another company that was way too high. Our water was backing up into our Bar sink in the finished basement, it is connected to the main drain line from the Kitchen. After the camera would not advance down the drain more than a few feet, Naz snaked the line, removing the initial clog enough to then use the Power Flush. After the Power Flush was complete, Naz showed me the pipe with the camera, water is now flowing freely except for a low spot that will need to be addressed later. It was a difficult job as the clean-out port was located in an access area that was built behind the fireplace in the finished basement. I have never seen a contractor take the time to protect our home the way Naz and his team did. Very professional. Will certainly use them again or recommend to friends.

We have a 70 year old house that has had a worsening water supply flow volume problem for the past several years. After a bit of Internet research, I contacted Canadian Rooter intending to get a quote and start the process of finding a reliable, reasonably priced contractor to install a larger water supply pipe. The manager from the company, Naz, made an appointment to meet me and assess and price the job. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism as well as the quoted price which I found to be fair and reasonable that I contracted with his company. I wasn't disappointed. The Canadian Rooter team showed up at the promised time and completed the work within a day as Naz had promised. The workers carefully completed the job and completely cleaned up both inside and out leaving no trace of any mess or property damage. My best contractor experience ever! Highly recommend this company.

Our home was built over 60 years ago, and we recently experienced a drain back-up in our basement after a torrential downpour. Immediately, we phoned a plumber whom we trust for a referral, since good people know good people. He highly recommended Naz and Canadian Rooter, and are we ever glad he did. Naz came out the same day we contacted him, and his professionalism was more than evident. As soon as he entered our home, he donned booties over his shoes. The drain in question is under a rec room carpet, and we had visions of his having to cut the carpet to get at it. Instead, Naz very carefully pulled the carpet up to take a look. Even though he had received calls from other potential customers, he arranged for his men to come out on a Saturday to do the work. Like Naz, they were extremely professional with the necessary digging and installation of a new drain, leaving our basement as clean as when they arrived. Even better, Naz offered to return to restore the carpet to its original moorings, which he did as soon as the concrete had dried.
