I had a growing water stain on the ceiling my upstairs bathroom. I feared roof damage, pests in my attic, etc. Mr. Roof Repair came and discovered the nuts on the roof top vent from that bathroom had rusted and shrunk, allowing water enter through the screw holes and therefore creating minor water damage. They quickly replaced the rusted nuts and sealed them on all the vents on my roof.
