Hey Mike, thanks for the great review. When I see something that is of concern or work that has not been performed to code, it is my responsibility to correct it. As stated in prior reviews, I don't like to surprise customers with unexpected costs. If it is a fix within reason I will try to accommodate however in some circumstances, the cost is too much to absorb and has to be passed on to the customer.
