The first thing that impressed me was they checked that we actually needed the cleaning before setting up. They did not try to take our money for something that may not have been necessary and did not try to upsell us to the more expensive cleaning. They gave us a 15 minute courtsesy call and arrived in that time frame. They put down tarps undreneath the pipes to preserve the floors and always removed their shoes when coming in and out. Paul and his collegue were both polite and explained the service in detail so I understood perfectly. I would recommend these guys to anyone for duct cleaning.
