After reading all the amazing reviews on this website I didn't bother shopping around and contacted Paul at the Duct Cleaning Specialists immediately. We just finished our basement and are expecting a baby any day now and wanted to get the ducts cleaned as soon as possible before the baby arrives. Paul was nice enough to squeeze me in the next day. Mat and Chris came and were very polite and professional. Even though I called to book the full cleaning service, Mat decided to do an assessment first and showed me that our ducts were actually not that bad. We ended up going with a cheaper service which saved me over $100. Mat also took the time to show my husband and I how to check and change the filter for our hepa air system and our humidifier (we had no idea the humidifier had a filter that needed changing!). I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service this company provided I have already booked them for my mother in law.

Hey Laura, thanks for this great review. I am glad that you hired us for the work, but hopefully it was more than you just based it on reading our reviews :( Anyone can get reviews about how great service was, this and that, but why are these companies not properly certified or insured? Most people just hire a company because of price, and don't take the time to actually check them out further. A lot of people spend hundreds of dollars, even more than what we would have charged for a full system cleaning, and the sad part is, the job is never done properly. Pleased to read you were happy with our service and that you will be able to keep up to date with the filter maintenance, just give us a call if you need any help again.
