Ordered duct cleaning service based on a four year span since it was last cleaned. The scheduler managed to squeeze me in for a last-minute app't.
Technician arrived on-time and proceeded to thoroughly evaluate our system. His report deemed that our system was actually in a much cleaner state then anticipated. His recommendation was to simply provide a basic service call and utilize a high powered shop vac to clean up the bit of dust that accumulated, rather than using the truck vac.
We appreciated his honesty as he easily could have easily charged for the full job even though it was uneccesary.
Would definitely recommend them.
