We had our ducts cleaned after having some renovations done in the house. When I called The Duct Cleaning Specialists and spoke with Paul, I was very impressed with his honesty and no nonsense approach. Paul did not try to convince me to use his company, but simply told me what he has to offer. Other companies I was in touch with did not give me the same good feeling.The person who came to do the work was Steve. Steve called before he came to the house to say he was on his way, was punctual, very polite and very organized. He did a good job and answered all our questions. Steve checked our dryer and said it did not need cleaning, as oppose just clean it for extra fee.
My husband and I were very pleased with Steve's work and The Duct Cleaning Specialists company. Will definitely recommend their service to others and call them in the future.
