I had no idea what to expect when I called Paul to have my ducts cleaned out. What I got was exceptional service (came within a few days of my first call) and a very neat, thorough job. Paul explained what he would be doing and left everything perfectly clean when he left. He even helped out with my humidifier (which I had no idea actually needed some regular maintenance!) and put up with a loud barking dog throughout the afternoon.
