I was more than impressed and happy with the job Pual did. He was very concerned about doing the job right and went above the normal expectations. Inspire of the job requiring far more than the average amount of work, I was not charged more. He also made an extra trip to ensure the vent covers were attached properly.
I wish all trades people were as concerned about their work as he is.

Hey Steve, thanks for this feedback. Some houses take longer to do, such as yours, because of the fact that the home was about 80+yrs old, never been done PROPERLY before, and the dust was just caked on the ductwork, it takes time to get the job done properly and thoroughly. Also, having the vents and screwes painted on over and over didnt help, i think it took me about 45 minutes alone to get them all off and sealed LOL. At the end of the day, the job is done properly, your happy, I'm happy, you gave me some extra work to do to add a couple bucks to the invoice, so it all works out and most importantly you will call me back in a couple years to do the work again. I'm not out in business to do customers once, do a poor job, squeeze as much money as I can, and never be heard from again. This is my business, this is my life, I take great pride and enjoy doing it. Thanks again for your business, all the best.
