I used a coupon service online (Dealfind? WagJag?... one of those sites) to get the air conditioning tuned up, after owning it for ten years. The serviceman showed up on time. From the time that he started his service until he finished, he demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, competency and well developed communication skills. Over the 1.5 hours that he was at my home, he walked me through the means by which to efficiently cool my home, maintain my a/c unit as well as money saving tips for maintenance and electricity.
BOSCO will be receiving my business for air conditioning, heating and water heater service in the future. An excellent company.
I was considering another company for a home maintenance package who had serviced my furnace with a tune up the day before, also through an online coupon offer. However, after inspecting the results yesterday evening, I was underwhelmed by the level of work that was done. Yes, it was a service paid by a WagJag coupon, but what I received was a discounted service. The BOSCO serviceman agreed.
